Club Stands Registration - x5 Driver Tickets

• GENERAL PUBLIC: All general public or show vehicle passenger tickets are available via digital download upon purchase. Enter your email address correctly!

• INDIVIDUAL SHOW AREA: Your entry passes will arrive by courier from 1st April 2026. Please inform us if your delivery address changes. Replacements will not be offered if we are not contacted.

• CLUB STANDS: Club Stand driver tickets will be sent to the club admin that we have on file, from 1st April 2026. We cannot send you your driver ticket. Please contact your club admin!

By accepting these terms & conditions, you accept responsibility that both yourself and the car club that you are registering, will follow the below requirements.

• Unlike previous years, club stand registration is now on its own seperate product page.
• Once you are registered, your club will be added to our system. You will then be able to book additional tickets by clicking here.
• Please ensure your details are enered correctly, you will be our registered admin for your club.

ADMIN FEES

• All tickets are subjected to admin fees. This helps us cover the cost of postage, physical materials, software costs, and more.
• For car clubs, admin fees will be changed once to the registration payment instead of for each additional purchase.
• This allows us to keep Offset Show a cost effective event for car club attendees.

TICKET DISTRIBUTION

• All driver tickets will be sent to the club admin from 1st April 2026.
• You must distribute these tickets prior to arriving at the event.
• Handing out tickets on the gate of the event, or inside of the perimiter fence will NOT be possible. Please distribute your tickets prior to the event.
• You are accepting responsibility to ensure all hangers are displayed prior to arrival at the event.

ESTIMATED ENTRY WINDOW

• The entry time for show vehciles is 6am - 9am.
• You car club will be allocated an estimated entry window closer to the event.
• The estimated window will be based upon your club size, as well as other factors.

WINDOW HANGERS

•  All club stand vehicles will be provided with a window hanger as well as a wristband for the vehicle driver.
• If the hanger is not displayed, entry will NOT be granted.
• Help us speed-up the traffic, display your hangers!

FREE TICKETS

• All car clubs will be eligibe to claim x1 free driver ticket for every x10 driver tickets booked by that club.
• Example: A car club brings 37 cars, they will receive x3 driver tickets for free (x1 for every x10).
• These free tickets CANNOT be exchanged for free passenger tickets.

• ALL TICKETS ARE PER PERSON.
• Children aged 14 & Under go FREE and do not need a ticket.

• Car Clubs: 6:00am - 9:00pm
• Individual Show Area: 6:00am - 9:00pm
• General Public: 10am - 3:00pm
• Public Car Park: Opens 9:15am
• Passengers can enter within cars on show from 6:00am
