Terms of Service
Wagon UK Automotive Events LTD (including its sub-brands Offset Show and Offset Culture) – hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser” – organises automotive events across the United Kingdom. By participating in any of our events, all Clients (a term which includes ticket holders, visitors, exhibitors, traders, sponsors, contractors, suppliers, and volunteers) agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Binding Agreement
By attending or engaging with our events, Clients are deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms, conditions, rules, and regulations set forth herein.
The Organiser retains the right to interpret, revise or amend these rules where necessary. Any amendments shall not diminish the statutory rights of the Client under this agreement or applicable UK law.
2. Event Access & Attendance
Admission to all events organised by the Organiser is by valid ticket or approved accreditation/pass only. Attendance hours and access shall be controlled exclusively by the Organiser and may be amended at the Organiser’s discretion.
3. Safety and Liability
The Organiser, its employees, contractors, or agents accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, including vehicles, or for any injury, illness, or fatality sustained during the event, except where caused by the Organiser’s proven negligence.
By purchasing a ticket or entering the event site, Clients accept that moving vehicles may be present. It is the responsibility of each individual to ensure their own safety and that of any dependants, particularly children.
4. Force Majeure
The Organiser shall not be held liable for delay, cancellation, or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

Acts of war or terrorism

Civil disorder or unrest

Government intervention or regulation

Strikes, lockouts or industrial disputes

Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions

Public health emergencies (e.g., pandemics)

Military activity or national emergency
In such cases, the Organiser reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or relocate the event without refund, though reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate affected clients at a future date or alternative venue.
5. Cancellation Policy
In the event of full or partial cancellation, postponement, or curtailment of an event due to force majeure or any reason beyond the Organiser's control, the Organiser, its sponsors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct or consequential loss.
Refunds, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with UK consumer protection legislation and the Organiser’s published refund policy at the time.
6. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
Modern Slavery Statement
This statement is made pursuant to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that Wagon UK Automotive Events LTD has taken to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in any part of its business or supply chains.

Wagon UK Automotive Events LTD operates multiple UK-based event brands including Offset Show and Offset Culture, which promote modified car culture, lifestyle, and retail experiences through large-scale public events.
We engage with a broad range of partners including global brands, local traders, logistics companies, security contractors, creatives, and volunteers.

We are committed to maintaining an open and transparent culture. All staff, suppliers, and Clients are encouraged to report any concerns related to unethical behaviour, modern slavery, or human rights abuses via direct communication with our management team.
Review & Monitoring
This statement will be reviewed annually and updated as needed to reflect our ongoing commitment to improvement. Our goal is to embed modern slavery awareness and ethical working practices throughout our operational model.
