3. Ticket Sales
3.1 Nature of Ticket Sales Ticket sales are for admission to a specific event organized by Wagon UK. All events are subject to the terms outlined below.

Once a ticket purchase is completed, refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled due to reasons directly attributable to Wagon UK.

No refunds will be issued if the event goes ahead as planned and the customer fails to attend or cannot gain access due to personal circumstances not caused by the event organizer.

External factors such as weather, traffic, or personal scheduling conflicts are not valid grounds for a refund.
3.3 Customer Information Responsibility

The customer is fully responsible for providing accurate personal information at the point of sale, including but not limited to name, email address, delivery address (if applicable), and payment details.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in non-receipt of tickets or merchandise. Wagon UK is not liable for lost tickets or misdeliveries due to incorrect information.

4. Merchandise Sales
