TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT 2026

Following the scale of Offset Show 2025, we want to start this update by saying a huge thank you to everyone who joined us, supported us, and helped make it one of the most ambitious automotive events in the UK. We acknowledge that not everything was perfect which is why the following changes have been made, at a minimum.

One of the most consistent pieces of feedback we received, both during and after the show, was around traffic flow, entry and exit congestion, and the overall parking structure. We understand that the experience getting in and out of the venue did not meet the standards we hold ourselves to — or the standards our community deserves. As organisers who are constantly striving for growth and professionalism, we took this feedback seriously. Very seriously.

In fact, within 24 hours of the gates closing on Offset 2025, we had already begun conversations to secure a specialist traffic management partner. It was the very first element of the 2026 planning process that we tackled, because we knew it needed addressing immediately.

Today, we’re delighted to announce that we are now in the final stages of contract negotiations with a nationally renowned traffic management company that brings decades of combined experience to the table. While we cannot yet release the name of the provider until all agreements are signed and sealed, we can confidently say that this is a game-changing step for Offset Show and for everyone attending in 2026.

This company comes with an extensive portfolio of high-profile clients, working across both local and national levels, and has delivered traffic and crowd management services for some of the UK’s biggest festivals, sporting events, and public gatherings. Their reputation for professionalism, safety, and logistical efficiency is second to none.

Their involvement at Offset Show 2026 will include:

• CSAS-accredited personnel (Community Safety Accreditation Scheme operatives) to legally manage traffic on public roads around the event

• Approved Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders (TTROs) to control and enhance the traffic environment around the venue

• A large, highly trained team of event marshals to assist with safe and efficient traffic movement

• A fully structured and segmented car parking strategy, reducing bottlenecks and minimising delays

• Bespoke directional and safety signage along key approach routes and within the venue grounds

• Dedicated on-site route planning and traffic flow systems for both vehicle entry and exit

• A comprehensive, end-to-end plan for professional traffic and crowd control management

These upgrades mark a pivotal step forward in our mission to evolve Offset Show into one of the most seamless and professionally executed automotive events in the UK.

We’re excited about what this means for everyone involved — from attendees and traders to exhibitors, partners, and the local community. We believe this partnership will significantly enhance your experience from the moment you hit the road to the moment you head home.

Thank you again for your continued support. We’re listening, we’re learning, and we’re committed to levelling up in every way possible.

More announcements coming soon — including the official reveal of our new traffic management partner once contracts are finalised.
