To complete your acceptance please purchase the ticket option appropriate to your given show zone.

ENTRY TIMES - INDOOR HALLS

• If you are accepted for our Indoor Hall you are required to arrive on Saturday 27th April from 12pm - 5pm. Please do not arrive earlier than 12pm unless you are booked in for a car-wash.
• Saturday Night Entertainment & Camping is included for all Premium Show Car Drivers.
• Passengers can enter within cars on show. Passenger tickets can be purchased online here or upon arrival.

ENTRY TIMES - VIP PADDOCK

• If you are accepted for the Toyo Tires Paddock you are required to have your car parked by 8:30am on Sunday 28th April.
• You can take your car to the campsite if you'd prefer providing you are parked within your premium zone by 8:30am.
• Sunday gates open at 7am to Premium Zone Pass Holders.
• Saturday Night Entertainment & Camping is included for all Premium Show Car Drivers.
• Passengers can enter within cars on show. Passenger tickets can be purchased online here or upon arrival.

• Event Date: Saturday & Sunday 27th & 28th April 2023
• Event Time: Saturday 7pm-11:50pm & Sunday 10am-5pm
• Venue: Royal Cornwall Events Centre, PL27 7JE
• Cornwall's ONLY Indoor Car Show is back!
• Entertainment, Trade Stands & 1100+ Cars on Show
• On-Site Camping PLUS Local Hotels Minutes From the Venue
• Venue is fully equipped with both purpose built disabled & baby changing facilities.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ BEFORE ACCEPTING:

• Indoor Show Cars must be in place during the times specified above. These times are mandatory. Please refer to the times listed above, it's vital that you are aware.
• Paddock Show Cars will need to be in place by 8am on Sunday 27th April 2024. Saturday arrival is recommended for Plaza & Paddock cars but not mandatory.
• Your entry passes will be sent out 2-3 weeks prior to the event. If you need an address change on your order, please inform us in good time.
• Saturday Night Entertainment & Camping is included for all Premium Show Car Drivers.
• Please only purchase 1 acceptance ticket for the car accepted. Any additional quantities purchased will not be honored.
• Passengers will require a Passenger Entry Ticket.
• If you can no longer attend, please note that your ticket is Non-Refundable.
• Your acceptance is NOT transferable to another car, without approval from event staff. Please do not turn up with another vehicle without prior approval, you will NOT be placed in your accepted zone.

SHOW ZONE TYPES:

• Indoor VIP Hall
Cars accepted into the Indoor Exhibition Halls.
• VIP Paddock
Cars accepted onto the Premium Outdoor Paddock.

TICKETS WILL BE SENT OUT VIA ROYAL MAIL 2-3 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT.

Refunds: All tickets are non-refundable with no exceptions. By purchasing a ticket you accept this.
