Offset Show 2025 - Trade Pitches

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION PRIOR TO COMPLETING YOUR BOOKING.

Thank you for choosing to attend Offset Show 2025, at the Royal Cornwall Events Centre! We cannot wait to welcome you to the Southwest's Premier Automotive Event.

Please note, you will only have been sent a link to this product after having email correspondence with one of our team. This means we can ensure all of our traders are fully aware of the rules & regulations regarding trading at Offset Show 2025. 

By completing your booking, you will automatically agree to the following information. Please read everything very clearly, to ensure the weekend runs as smoothly as possible for both us and yourselves! Thank you again for choosing to attend Cornwall's Biggest Automotive Event!

ARRIVAL TIMES - MANDATORY

• INDOOR HALL: Saturday 26th April, 9am - 1pm. Van's must be out of the hall by 2pm - Please see event rules below.
• NON-PADDOCK OUTDOORS: Saturday 26th April, 9am - 4pm OR Sunday 27th April, 7am - 9am.
  
  

REFUNDS

All trade stands are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you or your business can no longer attend, your stand is still non refundable. All trade packages are sent out via "Royal Mail signed for". Once we have shipped your trade pack and entry passes, and can prove that we have done so, they are no longer our responsibility. If your trade pack does not arrive, we will do our best to still gain you entry to the event. Please note, if your passes do not arrive and you cannot attend, your stand is still non-refundable.

EVENT RULES - TRADERS

• Vans of indoor traders must be removed from the hall by 2pm on Saturday 27th April. If you arrive after 1:30pm, you will be asked to park outside but close to an adjacent door, and unload your van from outside of the hall.
• Wristbands must be worn to gain entry to the event and not removed until the event concludes. This includes owners of cars on your stand.
• All stands must remain in place until the event concludes.
• No distribution of flyers, promotional materials, or free products, away from your stand. 3 meters in front at a maximum.
• No sale of food, drinks, or novelty consumables to be sold.
• Vehicles on your stand must remain turned-off until the event concludes.

TRAVEL ROUTE

If you are travelling from Devon upwards, we’d recommend travelling on the “A30” until “Highgate Hill” roundabout, and then following the “A39” to “Wadebridge”. The route provided by google maps and/or Waze will not be appropriate.
