FAQ'S // TERMS & CONDITIONS

Can I attend if I’m not showing my car?
Of course! Simply purchase a General Public or Passenger Ticket.

What time can I get in on SATURDAY?
Campsite access is from: 4pm - 8:30pm
Saturday Night Show Access: 7pm-10:30pm (Show Ends 11pm)

What time can I get in on SUNDAY?
Car Clubs & Individual Show Area: 7:30am - 9:30am
General Public: From 10am
Passengers can enter with cars on show.

Show Times
General Public Gate Opens: 10am - 5pm, Sunday 16th April 2023.

Can I Camp Overnight on Saturday 16th April 2022?
Yes, camping is included with all WEEKEND Tickets. There is NO power in the campsite.

Can I take my car into the campsite?
Yes, however there will be no vehicle permitted within the campsite after 9pm.

Can I bring a Caravan/Motorhome into the campsite?
Yes you can camp within a caravan or motorhome.

What is Dangerous Driving?
Donuts, Sliding, Drifting is NOT permitted. Anyone driving in a dangerous manner will have their wristband removed and be removed from site without the option of re-entering.

Will my vehicle be searched?
Vehicles may be searched on arrival at the venue for forbidden items. See Forbidden items list.

Can I bring a Dog?
On Sunday, yes however they must remain on leads at all times and cleaned up after. Dogs are permitted on the Saturday night but must remain on leads as per Sunday rules. Due to safety reasons, owners & dogs must remain towards the rear of the hall if wishing to watch the indoor music performances.

Can I bring Alcohol?
You are permitted to bring you own alcohol. ONLY cans or plastic bottles will be allowed. Glass is not allowed on site and will be confiscated by security.

Can I bring a BBQ?
Small BBQ’s are allowed but must be raised off the ground and fully extinguished when used. Large BBQ’s, Fires or Bonfires, Camp Fires, Fire Pits are NOT allowed throughout the entire weekend.

Are Generators allowed?
ONLY
Diesel Generators are allowed. NO Petrol Generators of any description will be permitted on site. If your generator is disturbing others we reserve the right to request that it is turned off. No generators are allowed after 10pm.

Where can I wash my car?
Indoor Show Cars have the option of being washed by our on-site detailer. This is reserved for Indoor Cars ONLY. There is a public pressure washing facility within the car sales garage adjacent to the venue.

Are there toilets and showers in the camping area?
A purpose built shower & toilet block will be accessible close to the campsite. This toilet block is also equipped with full disabled & baby facilities.

Can I bring a Quad/Moped?
Motorbikes etc permitted for Club Stands & Individual Displays ONLY.

I’m on a stand what time should I arrive on SUNDAY?
Club Stands, Individual Entry, and Sunday Arriving Trade Stands should arrive from 7:30am. Your gate will close at 9:30am. After 9:30am Public Parking is the ONLY option. This is NOT changeable.

What behavior is expected of me?
Any person involved in physical confrontation with another party or driving in a dangerous manner (including, wheel spinning, ‘donuts’ etc) will be immediately ejected with no prior warning - wristbands will be removed with no refund. Loud music, foul language, unruliness, etc. will not be tolerated. We will be fair, however if a multiple warnings are necessary, you will be escorted off the grounds with no refund or option of re-entering.

Refund Policy?
Wagon UK Automotive Events LTD operate a No Refunds Policy. If the event is postponed all tickets will be carried over to the re-scheduled dates. If you test positive to Covid-19 or a strain of Covid-19 and can no longer attend the event, your ticket is still non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket you agree to this.

Can I Record, Film or Take Photos?
Offset Show is a private event and as such filming is restricted to non-commercial photography (still or moving pictures). Any photos taken or filming done remains the copyright of Wagon UK Automotive Events LTD and as such by attending the event you agree that any and all photos/film be used by Wagon UK Automotive Events LTD at any time without further communication. We will credit you where possible but please note we are NOT obliged to do so.

Commercial Photography & Photography for profit is forbidden without prior written consent and a fee paid. This right is reserved for the Official Show Media Team ONLY.

Can I sell goods?
Only those booked in as Traders on an official Trade Pitch are permitted to sell goods & services at Offset Show. If you wish to sell items please contact us to book a Trade Stand. Clubs are permitted to sell their club branded products from their club stands, but this is limited to CLUB BRANDED PRODUCTS ONLY.

FORBIDDEN ITEMS
Glass, Drugs, Fireworks, Drones (Without Media Permission), Weapons, Projectiles, Flammables, Hazardous Substances, Flares, Fires or Fire Pits, Household Furniture, (Sofas, Armchairs etc). No Fridges, No Large items at all. No Unlicensed Vehicles, No Independent Sound Systems, Any other items that may cause injury to another person or property. If Event Staff & Security feel an item may be detrimental to the event, they reserve the right to confiscate said item. Illegal items will be treated with the necessary legal action.
